The Medsmee Doctor Promise
Every doctor listed on Medsmee has accepted these six points. A doctor who has not accepted the current version is not listed and cannot be booked.
- I prescribe the exact brand, and explain what each medicine is for and how to take it.
- I give my advice in writing, in Hindi and English.
- I take no commission from any chemist or lab. I earn nothing from the medicines or tests you buy.
- Your records are shared only with your consent.
- If you complain, Medsmee investigates.
- A doctor whose complaint is upheld is blocked from Medsmee.
If a doctor breaks the Promise
Tell us from the app (Me, then Help) or write to our grievance officer. Medsmee investigates every complaint. A doctor whose complaint is upheld is blocked: their profile is removed and their bookings are cancelled. Complaints are never published.
